We’re working together for a successful future. The Italian family business SVAI and the GC GROUP have set the wheels in motion to support future cooperation. The partnership between the two HVAC wholesalers is set to start in January 2020.
SVAI can look back on 40 years of experience as a building products and services wholesaler with an emphasis on the HVAC market. SVAI has six branches in each of the provinces of Verona and Trento, plus one in Mantua. In 2016 the company extended its sales territory to include the Piedmont region. SVAI supplies its customers with a range of products covering all areas of HVAC. The company employs a total of 280 staff at 17 locations, 50 of them in its 13 bathroom display showrooms.
Continuity counts. The Riolfi family who own the business will continue to head the operation. The future of this well-established business will remain in the hands of Stefano Riolfi as president of the managing board together with board member Marino Massagrande. The shareholders, too, are fully integrated into the partnership. “Since the business was first founded in 1977, SVAI has continued to grow and enjoy the confidence of its customers," emphasised Stefano Riolfi. “Our cooperation with the GC GROUP will enable us to take the next step forward in an increasingly globalised and digitalised world. At the same time we still retain our core values as a reliable family business.”
